LE P'TIT TRAIN DE LA HAUTE SOMME
“The Upper Somme Light Railway”
The "P'tit train de la Haute -Somme" runs on the last remaining section of a large military network built during World War 1. It was used to carry supplies to the front line in the Battle of the Somme in 1916. Its Museum of Military and Industrial Railways shows many of the vehicles used during the battle, and the history of narrow gauge railway.
